Enjoy Now or Later

All of Joe’s Dough 2 Go items are made fresh with high-quality ingredients, perfect to enjoy right away or save for later. But don’t wait too long we’re only here for the Fall, and once the season ends, you’ll have to wait until next year for your favorites!

Here’s how to keep everything tasting its best so you can enjoy Joe’s Dough long after the ovens cool down:

Pizza:

  • Best enjoyed fresh the same day.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat: warm in a 375°F oven for 8–10 minutes or until crisp and hot.
  • To freeze: wrap individual slices in foil or freezer wrap, place in a freezer bag, and freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat directly from frozen in the oven.

Homemade Pasta:

  • Keep refrigerated and cook within 3 days of purchase.
  • For longer storage, freeze pasta (uncooked) in a sealed container or freezer bag for up to 3 months. Cook directly from frozen—just add a few extra minutes to the cooking time.

Baked Goods (breads, rolls, desserts):

  • Store at room temperature for 2–3 days in an airtight container.
  • Refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • To enjoy again, thaw at room temperature or warm gently in the oven.

One Bite and You’ll Wish You Ordered More!

Stock your freezer now so you can enjoy Joe’s wood-fired pizza, pasta, and baked goods even after the Fall season wraps up. Once we close for the winter, you’ll be glad you did!
